Matthew Nicholas is the Co-Founder of Greyfield and a retail property expert with extensive experience in retail asset management, leasing, asset repositioning and business growth. Having conducted more than 500 leasing transactions under as Licensee In Charge, Matthew has played a central role in building Greyfield to nearly $1 billion in assets under management.

Matthew began his entrepreneurial journey at 18, growing his first venture from $1,500 into a $2 million annual recurring revenue business before successfully exiting. Across multiple ventures he has generated more than $40 million in lifetime revenue and continues to lead a large team across his portfolio.

He is also a highly successful Snap Fitness franchisee, operating one of the highest-grossing clubs in Australia, serving as NSW & ACT co-chair of the Snap Fitness Franchise Advisory Board and earning multiple industry nominations including Rookie of The Year and  the Franchise Industry Awards – Franchisee of the Year.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from UTS and has been trained by the leading experts in the country on high-performance leadership, negotiation and business strategy. World leading experts Matthew has worked with include: Dr Jodie Lowinger, Roger Rasheed, Peter Lackovic and Shane Byrne.

His core expertise are in sales methodology, negotiation and marketing.
